SiriCondos is a property listings marketplace connecting property seekers with verified partners. You may browse listings without an account, but creating an account is required to contact partners or list properties.
Partners must complete KYC verification before listing properties. All listings are subject to review and must comply with Kenyan property laws. A listing fee of KES 100 applies per property.
Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is approved and published. Payments are processed via M-Pesa through Safaricom's STK Push service.
SiriCondos acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not a party to any agreement between seekers and partners. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of property transactions.
